REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - 4+ years of experience with Windows and Linux based operating systems. - 2+ years of Microsoft SQL or Oracle database and transact SQL query writing experience. - 3+ years’ experience maintaining and monitoring automated processes using scheduling tools. - Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills - ITIL experience including incident, change and problem management. - Experience supporting cloud technologies e.g. Azure and AWS - Experience with monitoring tools (examples: Dynatrace, Datadog, CloudWatch) along with creating monitoring dashboards for business stakeholders. - Must be willing to work in 24x7 environment and be part of on-call rotation. - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - System performance / monitoring experience - Knowledge of data integration tools (examples: web Methods io, MuleSoft) - Knowledge of Healthcare, Healthcare services, terminology, and process flow - Ability to anticipate and drive change. - Windows Server, Linux, Unix experience - Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL experience - Dynatrace, ELK, Splunk tools for data analysis - Scripting, automation tools experience (examples: Power BI, Python, Lambda) - .NET, JAVA, PHP experiences Physical Job Requirements The above
