Job Title: Demand Generation Director Location:Medellín - Colombia. In-office 4 days per week Travel: Open tofrequent international travel Job Description We are seeking a Demand Generation Leader to drive strategic, high-impactinitiatives for brand growth and demand generation globally atVTEX. Reporting directly to the Global VP of Marketing, this rolerequires a comprehensive marketing vision, strong leadership, andthe ability to operate under high pressure with agility. The idealcandidate will oversee demand generation, digital presence, ownedchannels, manage the corporate website, lead external agencies, andoptimize marketing performance across channels. Key focus areasinclude strengthening brand awareness (especially in the U.S.),optimizing paid media (notably LinkedIn Ads), and executingimpactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Website Management &Conversion; Optimization - Lead global corporate website strategy,ensuring continuous improvements in performance, SEO, UX, andconversions. - Manage external agencies and a full-stack teamresponsible for maintaining and evolving the CMS. Paid Media &Demand; Generation - Lead strategic paid media campaigns, focusingon LinkedIn Ads for acquisition and engagement. Negotiate betterdeals with media platforms globally. - Explore new channels,strategies, and tools to enhance results. Brand Strategy & U.S.Awareness - Drive campaigns to increase brand awareness andpresence in the U.S., collaborating with the US Marketing team and Brand Authority Leader. - Ensure brand consistency across regionsand campaigns, especially in owned channels. - Innovate in findingnew ways to elevate brand awareness and authority. Cross-FunctionalCollaboration & Optimization - Work closely with ProductMarketing, Sales, Campaigns, Strategic Alliances, and regionalteams to align strategies globally. - Monitor KPIs like brandawareness, website traffic, conversion rates, and pipeline impact,adjusting strategies based on data insights. Measures of Success -Increase CRO - Grow MQLs from owned channels to match ICP - Enhancelead generation and improve MQL to SQL conversion - Boost VTEXbrand awareness and authority - Improve organic content performanceon social media and the website - Increase website organic traffic Required Skills & Experience Soft Skills: - Strategic andvisionary leadership: Ability to align marketing with businessgoals. - High adaptability and resilience: Thrive in fast-paced,high-pressure environments. - Excellent communication andstakeholder management: Work effectively with C-level executives. -Problem-solving mindset: Make data-driven, quick decisions. -Collaboration and team leadership: Manage cross-functional teamsand external partners. Hard Skills: - Proven experience in B2Bmarketing: Strong background in brand strategy, demand generation,and digital marketing. - Deep knowledge of paid media strategies,especially LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization. - Experience incontent marketing and owned channel strategies. - Expertise in SEO,CRO, and website management. - Ability to define and implementglobal campaign distribution strategies. - Experience managingmedia accounts and strategic partnerships. - Strong analyticalskills to measure impact and optimize performance. - Fullproficiency in English. Spanish is a plus. Note: 6+ years ofexperience leading high-performance teams is required.
