Performance Tuning: Experience with profiling and optimizing the platform’s performance, both on the server side and client side. Issue Resolution & Incident Management. Jira/ServiceNow: Familiarity with issue-tracking systems for managing and resolving tickets related to platform issues. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Ability to analyze incidents and provide actionable insights for preventing recurrence. MUST HAVE +6 years of experience in Java and/or Python and/or Golang development. Professional experience with Node.js, enabling scalable and efficient back-end services. Experience with GraphQL and RESTful APIs. Expertise in front-end design, ensuring user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web pages. Operational core services experience. Familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud for cloud infrastructure management. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for environment consistency and scalability. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Experience with log analysis and root cause identification. NICE TO HAVES Experience with Backstage.
