Customer Service Assistant Provide responsive service with high standards of quality and operational excellence to all requests from our customers, suppliers, and employees, seeking to maximize first-contact solutions in accordance with established policies and procedures, in order to positively impact user satisfaction in every service provided. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to and provide first-contact solutions to all requests from our customers, suppliers, and employees, achieving user satisfaction in every service provided. - Manage requests within agreed service levels in order to meet established goals, contributing to the team's operational excellence. - Document and assign requests to the necessary areas to facilitate a timely response within the defined timeframes and achieve a solution for the user within the established timeframes and with the expected quality. - Gather the data required in each interaction with users, which allows for the monitoring of management indicators, in order to take proactive actions to improve and optimize the service provided. - Report any failures identified during the provision of the service in the use of the assigned platforms and resources in a timely manner, with the aim of having the optimal operational tools to provide excellent service. Requirements: - Technicians with degrees in fields related to administration or finance - Technologists or University Students between the 1st and 4th semesters of administration, engineering related to administration, or other administrative degrees - 6 months of customer service experience - Intermediate Proficiency in Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite - Proficiency in SAP (desirable) - 4 extra-legal bonuses per year, equivalent to one monthly salary each. - Annual corporate performance bonus. - Monthly food vouchers. - 12 half-days off per year. - Birthday leave. - 66% coverage of prepaid health plan. - Life insurance.
