As the Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will provide business strategy, data insights, and process transformation to support our go-to-market teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales. You are passionate about data, process improvement, and technology, capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels to drive initiatives from start to finish. What You'll Do Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to go-to-market leadership. Sales Planning: Manage development and execution of sales planning processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, compensation plans, quotas, territories, and performance tracking. Sales Incentives: Own the end-to-end process for sales incentive plans, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payouts, with clear stakeholder communication and issue resolution. Strategic Insights: Collaborate with Sales and Finance leaders to analyze performance, deliver insights, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and revenue. Strategic Initiatives: Work across teams to identify challenges, opportunities, and develop roadmaps with appropriate tools, processes, insights, and training. Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure data integrity, maintain documentation, and adhere to standards for accounting and compliance. About You 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, finance, management consulting, or related fields, including 2+ years managing a team. Strong passion for data and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into revenue-focused recommendations. Experience with large datasets, SQL, CRM tools like Salesforce, and BI tools such as Tableau. Proficiency in Salesforce, including process and dashboard design. Experience with sales commission systems like Xactly or Spiff. Proven ability to scale go-to-market operations and refine processes, procedures, and policies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Post-secondary education in computer science, business administration, or relevant discipline. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and curious. Eager to learn and humble to seek help when needed. Team player willing to support colleagues. This position is preferred to be based in Austin, Texas.
