All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth. **Dare to make an impact?** **YOUR ROLE**: In the role of market strategy manager, you will work with global and regional teams to ensure implementation of the strategic initiatives for the SBU in LATAM. The focus for this strategic business unit is on the general manufacturing & maintenance markets, with a key focus on general industry OEM & MRO, as well as Automotive Aftermarket. As part of the regional marketing team, your key stakeholders are the regional SBU management, country sales heads, technical service, PD and other marketing functions; Your main responsibilities will be: - Drive, manage and execute regional market strategy to contribute to business unit financial goals; - Derive actionable insights and define impactful initiatives from Strategy Execution Review that enables sales team to drive growth and new customer acquisition; - Lead and facilitate regional market sizing, landscaping with market intelligence team to prioritize opportunities, drive segmentation and define channels for go-to-market; - Drive specific marketing initiatives and provide content input for market and customer activation campaigns; - Map market segment needs and support Product and technology manager to define portfolio strategy; - Develop business cases and launch plans for the region with key stakeholders; - Facilitate regional steering calls with key stakeholders. **YOUR SKILLS**: - Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or engineering/technical discipline is required; - Min. 5+ years working experience in Marketing, Strategic Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management or related experience is required; - Strategic thinking and team player, strong communication and influencing skills; - Project management skills combined with a can-do attitude and collaborative approach; - Advanced in English and Spanish; - General industry OEM & MRO, as well as Automotive Aftermarket or related industry experience is preferred but not required; - Understanding of related industry drivers, paired with commercial expertise; - Excellent strategic and conceptual skills for developing strategic marketing plans; - Ability to independently drive initiatives and implement market solutions.
