**Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures. - Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions. - Recruit and hire qualified employees. - Onboard new employees and provide training. - Develop a fast-learning training script. - Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs. - Manage employee relations and resolve employee complaints. - Develop and implement employee development programs. - Stay up to date on human resources laws and regulations.
