Description Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Invoice to Cash Analyst - Brazil The Invoice to Cash Analyst will be responsible for managing the Consumer Health Accounts Receivable Portfolio and Credit & Risk Management, playing a key role in Cash Flow Generation. This position supports external and internal customers such as BUF Finance and the Commercial Team, maintaining a close partnership with Customer Service and Delivery Teams. What will you do The I2C Analyst is responsible for credit risk assessment and efficient portfolio management to reduce past dues and achieve OKRs. The role involves contributing proactively to cash flow generation and promoting an agile, efficient order-to-cash process. Key Responsibilities Manage AR, Past Due, DSO, Disputes, and other I2C KPIs, aligning goals with the team Ensure an efficient credit analysis process and risk mitigation initiatives Perform financial statement analysis for risk assessment and portfolio review Implement robust hyper-care processes for high-risk customers Coordinate with Reports and Reserves to ensure alignment and early warnings for risk mitigation or opportunity capture Support process reviews and special projects, driving improvements and innovation Lead continuous improvement initiatives, emphasizing automation and technology Ensure compliance with SOX controls and support audits Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build strong, long-term relationships Support financial closings Qualifications What we are looking for Experience in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Knowledge of ITC processes (Credit, Cash Application, Collections, Disputes, Reports) or financial analysis policies Proficiency in English (85%) and intermediate Spanish 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office tools Experience with AR and SAP modules Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desired Qualifications Knowledge of Tableau, Power Query, or Power BI is a plus What’s in it for you Competitive benefits package Paid holidays, vacations, volunteer time, summer Fridays, and more Learning and development opportunities Employee resource groups Kenvue is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
