Working closely with the changemanagement team, you will evaluate and report on the effectivenessof these programs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on trainingprofessional who excels in collaborating with cross-functional andglobal teams to ensure effective change execution. Key Responsibilities - Design& Implement Training: Develop training aligned withtransformational change initiatives, ensuring clarity, relevance,and audience-specific messaging. - Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with change management teams, stakeholders, andbusiness units to understand change objectives and tailor trainingaccordingly. - Drive Employee Engagement: Create motivatingtraining content that keeps employees informed and engaged. -Reporting: Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of trainingprograms. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree inCommunications or a related field. - Minimum of 9 years ofexperience in developing change-related training programs. - Strongwritten and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear,engaging messages for internal audiences. - Proficiency in contentcreation using Learning Management Systems. - Advanced Englishproficiency (C1 or C2). - Residence in Bogotá and willingness towork in a hybrid mode. You are highly organized, able to managemultiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You arecollaborative, skilled at building relationships, and adaptable incommunication styles. With strong attention to detail, you areresults-oriented and focused on delivering tangible outcomes forstakeholders.
