With knowledge in administration and support of Windows operating systems (both workstations and server) and any of the following: Apple or Linux based operating systems (e.g. XP, Windows 7, 2003, 2008, OS X), basic knowledge of the Mitre ATT&CK; framework and basic knowledge of incident response procedures. **Requirements**: C1 or C2 level of English. **Responsibilities**: - Investigate and analyze security related logs and events through Sophos tools. - Identify and respond to cyber threats occurring in customer environments. - Follow up with customers until issue resolution and drive continuous improvement by providing detailed recommendations to minimize risk in customer environments. - Recognize and fulfill incoming customer requests and interact with customers through various means. **Salary**: Between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000 + legal benefits. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 hours. **Type of contract**: Indefinite term. **Place of work**: Medellín. **Requisitos**: Experience between 0 and 12 months in technology, systems, cybersecurity or telecommunications.
