We're seeking a highly adaptable, detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to act as a utility player across all business operations. This role is vital to keeping the business organized, executing client deliverables, maintaining clean data systems, and supporting internal processes that drive performance and accountability. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day administrative support and operational tasks for the team Respond to simple client requests via email, CRM, or other systems Keep HubSpot data clean, accurate, and up to date Manage client billing through Stripe, including one-off and recurring payments Create, maintain, and enhance internal dashboards for team reporting Assist with creating & maintaining user accounts Leverage AI tools to streamline, automate, and enhance work productivity Success Metrics Completion of assigned tasks by deadline, with high accuracy Clear and thorough documentation of work Reduction of redundant work for other team members High responsiveness and follow-through What You Need to Succeed Fluent English, both written & verbal communication (not reliant on AI to communicate for you) Ability to self-manage and prioritize with limited supervision Comfortable operating in ambiguity and being a problem solver Technical curiosity and confidence with tools like CRMs, Zapier, and dashboards Mid level understanding of AI tools & how to use them Mid level understanding of operational tasks (billing, client setup, process documentation) Tools You'll Use HubSpot Stripe Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) Zoom Microsoft Excel Zapier SQL (basic or intermediate) QuickBooks (light usage or billing knowledge) #J-18808-Ljbffr
