As a Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to work across a portfolio of engagements that will challenge you in areas such as telco implementations, processes reengineering as well as business reinvention and strategic ideation. **Your Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate client workshops, gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements - Support our clients through an end-to-end process to design, agree and deliver their future requirements - Analysis and reengineering of business processes, to improve efficiency and quality - Analysis and reinvention of current products and services as well as holistic business models. **To qualify for the role, you must have** - +4 years of experience in technology projects as part of the functional team, process team or as a business analyst. - Experience in CRM implementations as part of the functional or definition front. - Knowledge and experience in Telco processes, mainly customer related. - Knowledge of relevant technologies in CRM - Knowledge of the main CRM processes: Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. - Functional and technical knowledge of the main market solutions in CRM - Ability to analyse and document complex business processes, user stories and functional requirements - Analytical mind set; critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts - Telco experience is considered an advantage - A willingness to travel to meet client needs (when it is safe) - Experience working in agile methodologies **About EY** As a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, we hire and develop the most passionate people in their field to help build a better working world.
