We are seeking a highly organized and proactive About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Account Manager to oversee the candidate delivery process between our internal recruiting team and clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with 10+ recruiters who submit candidates for various job openings. Your responsibility will be to review each submission, ensure quality, and coordinate approvals and communication with our clients. This is not a recruiting or sales role—it’s an operations-focused position for someone who thrives on workflow management, attention to detail, and efficient communication. Key Responsibilities
Review and validate candidate submissions from multiple recruiters for role fit and accuracy Approve qualified candidates and coordinate delivery to clients Ensure all submission materials meet internal standards before client presentation Track candidate pipelines across roles, update internal trackers, and follow up with recruiters Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and internal stakeholders Manage submission timelines and priorities across multiple roles Serve as a quality control checkpoint before candidates reach the client Collaborate with team leads to resolve issues or clarify role expectations
Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or candidate delivery Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Workspace, and spreadsheets Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication in English (B2+/C1 level required) Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks Must be comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours
