Job Title: Demand Generation Director Location:Medellín - Colombia. In office 4 days per week Travel: Open tofrequent international travel Job Description: We are looking for aDemand Generation Leader to drive strategic high-impact initiativesfor brand growth and demand generation globally at VTEX. Reportingdirectly to the Global VP of Marketing, this role requires a 360ºmarketing vision, strong leadership, and the ability to operateunder high pressure with speed and agility. The ideal candidatewill oversee demand generation, digital presence, owned channels,managing the corporate website, leading external agencies, andensuring continuous optimization of marketing performance in itsowned channels. This position plays a key role in strengtheningbrand awareness (especially in the U.S.), optimizing paid media(with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads), and driving high-impactcampaigns. Key Responsibilities: Website Management &Conversion; Optimization - Lead the global corporate websitestrategy, ensuring continuous improvements in performance, SEO, UX,and conversion. - Manage an external agency and a full-stack squadresponsible for maintaining, optimizing, and evolving the CMS. PaidMedia & Demand Generation - Lead strategic paid mediacampaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads for acquisition andengagement. Negotiate better deals with media platforms for thecompany, globally. - Search for new channels, strategies, and toolsto optimize results. Brand Strategy & U.S. Awareness - Leadcampaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the U.S.working closely with the US Marketing team and Brand AuthorityLeader. - Ensure brand consistency across regions and acrossdifferent campaigns and initiatives, especially in our ownedchannels. - Be creative in finding new ways to increase brandawareness and build authority. Cross-Functional Collaboration &Optimization; - Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales,Marketing Campaigns, Strategic Alliances, and regional marketingteams to ensure strategic alignment across the globe. - Track keyperformance indicators, such as brand awareness, website traffic,conversion rates, and pipeline impact, optimizing strategies basedon data insights. Measures of Success: - Increase CRO - Increasethe MQL of our owned channels to be part of our ICP - Leadgeneration from the company´s owned channels, improving the MQL toSQL - VTEX brand awareness & authority - Organic contentperformance, both in social media and the website - Website´sorganic traffic improvement Required Skills & Experience: SoftSkills: - Strategic and visionary leadership, with the ability toalign marketing with business goals. - High adaptability andresilience, thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, workingclosely with C-level executives. - Problem-solving mindset, withthe ability to make data-driven and quick decisions. -Collaboration and team leadership, managing cross-functional teamsand external partners. Hard Skills: - Proven experience in B2Bmarketing with a strong background in brand strategy, demandgeneration, and digital marketing. - Deep knowledge of paid mediastrategies, particularly LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization. -Experience in content marketing and owned channel strategies. -Strong SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and websitemanagement expertise. - Ability to define and execute globalcampaign distribution strategies. - Experience managing mediaaccounts and strategic partnerships. - Strong analytical skills,with the ability to measure impact and optimize performance. - Fullproficiency in English. Spanish is desirable. Note: 6+ years ofexperience leading high-performance teams is required. AdditionalInformation: This position requires significant travel, as you willneed to work closely with global teams, attend key events, andengage with markets around the world.
