Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading organizational change management planning and the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in working according to Agile methodologies and knowledge of emerging and evolving technologies. They will be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, present complex ideas with clarity and simplicity, and build effective relationships with stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with key business stakeholders to develop and implement communication strategies that inform and empower impacted audiences to adopt IT-driven changes. You will also be responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and compliance. Additionally, you will identify and implement ways to simplify and streamline communications processes. Required Skills and Qualifications - Manage multimedia content creation via AI-assisted tools and video editing software. - Highly effective at building relationships, teams, and collaborating with others. Ability to inspire, engage, and leverage a diverse workforce. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. - Outstanding project management skills and ability to flex and multitask in a shifting environment. - Expertise in business partnering and consulting to determine client/customer needs and build effective relationships. - Knowledge of emerging and evolving technologies and instructional design methodologies. - Experience working with organizational change management practices and agile methodologies.
