The Recruitment Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving this vision by leading our recruitment efforts to attract and onboard top-tier talent. Role Overview The Recruitment Specialist is a high-performing individual contributor responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for job requisitions from internal stakeholders. This role involves overseeing sourcing, screening, hiring, and pre-onboarding activities while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Duties & Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and define job specifications. Conduct Intake process and calibrate with hiring manager or learning experience. Create and post job advertisements on multiple platforms (job boards, social media, internal sites, etc.). Source candidates through various channels, including resume databases, job boards, networking events, and social media. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the process. Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits with candidates. Manage candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional process from start to finish. Talent Sourcing & Networking: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Utilize social media, job boards, and industry-specific networks to attract diverse candidates. Conduct proactive sourcing activities and outreach. Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build relationships with potential candidates. Develop innovative recruiting strategies to meet business requirements and drive diversity. Candidate Screening & Assessment: Review resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements. Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivations, and fit. Administer pre-employment assessments and tests as needed. Provide feedback to candidates on interview results, and ensure timely communication regarding their status. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including offer letter generation, document collection, and pre-employment checks. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to prepare for the new hire’s first day. Conduct new employee orientation sessions to ensure a successful transition into the company. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, hiring progress, and interview feedback. Generate recruitment reports and track key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire). Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process based on data insights. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations (e.g., equal opportunity laws, labor laws). Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy regarding candidate information. Stay current on best practices, industry trends, and new recruitment technologies to optimize hiring strategies. Compliance with internal process and mandatory trainings. Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection processes. Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and transparent process. Train hiring managers on using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, including Boolean searches and job portal management. Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs related to fill rate, quality, and turnaround time. Experience with hiring pipelines and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Stakeholder communication experience across teams. Preferred: Experience hiring for global requirements (e.g., USA). Educational and Certification Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
