We’re currently seeking a Customer Success & Sales Associate to connect with high-intent leads and convert them into founding members for our soon-to-open studios. Position Summary As a Customer Success & Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in studio pre-launch success by executing direct outreach campaigns. Your primary mission is to convert warm leads into committed founding members by clearly communicating the value of our limited-time, risk-free offers and providing a high level of customer support through the sales process. What You'll Do Launch and manage high-conversion outreach campaigns via outbound calls, emails, and SMS. Educate leads on the founding member offer, its value, and key timelines. Overcome objections through persuasive and consultative sales techniques. Contact prospects aligned with marketing campaigns to answer questions, offer guidance, and convert leads into members. Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand alignment in all communications. Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, and emails. Return missed calls the same day or during the next shift (if outside of business hours). Follow up on voicemails from leads and provide needed support. Identify and prioritize “hot” leads. Ensure all high-intent leads are contacted within 5 minutes of submission. Maintain accurate records using CRM tools such as BrandBot, MarianaTek, and internal Google Forms. Communicate any service disruptions promptly and professionally to the Team Lead or Operations Manager. Provide alternative solutions as needed to maintain lead engagement. Participate actively in weekly team meetings to align on goals and share feedback. Follow all internal sales processes and communication protocols. Participate in weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) on a rotating schedule. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
