Key Responsibilities Installation, configuration and maintenance of Office 365, Google Workspace or Amazon AWS products Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows Server and other servers Medium/high management of programming languages required for the installed services Analysis and Comparison of different IT services to select the optimal ones for customers Optimization and scalability of purchased hardware and software Installation, configuration and maintenance of Email and DNS services, among others Installation, configuration and maintenance of Antivirus, Firewall and VPN software such as Cisco Meraki, Sophos, SentinelOne, Todyl, among others Installation, configuration and maintenance of remote connection software such as ConnectWise, Datto, among others Installation, configuration and maintenance of backup and virtualization platforms such as Datto, MSP360, NinjaOne, among others Generation of troubleshooting documentation and software management on platforms such as ITGlue.
