In this role, you will support strategic decision-making through data analysis, market research, and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in collecting and analyzing market data for real estate trends and opportunities. - Perform financial modeling and forecasting to evaluate investment opportunities. - Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. - Conduct feasibility studies on potential property developments. - Collaborate with senior analysts and management to assist in decision-making processes. - Maintain databases and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or real estate analysis preferred. - Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with real estate market dynamics and trends. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
