Job Title: Senior QA Tester We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team for our Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes title. This role requires the selected candidate to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area) and perform comprehensive quality assurance activities. Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed test planning and create thorough test cases for quality assurance purposes. - Play an important role in major releases within the project, ensuring a smooth delivery and high-quality product. - Collaborate across different teams in multiple time zones to uphold product quality and consistency. - Investigate and track issues, advocating for improvements to enhance the player experience. - Use custom tools to set up test environments for mobile, PC, and web applications, supporting the testing process and ensuring readiness. - Be an early representative for the future players of our game, advocating for player advocacy and ensuring their needs are met. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in QA Test planning or similar roles. - 2+ years of experience in process documentation. - Familiar with QA Test automation. - Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
