Project Leadership Role About the Job: The Project Manager is a key role in our organization responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. This position involves working closely with various functional areas to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery. Main Responsibilities: - Manage project initiation, planning, and execution. - Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. - Lead communication between stakeholders, ensuring effective information exchange. - Facilitate lessons learned meetings to identify best practices and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with commercial operations to confirm customer and order information, reviewing contract details and payment terms. - Verify order documents and engage with commercial teams during project close-out. - Review and confirm service sales order documentation in our ERP system. - Manage commercial operations and project management teams to ensure on-time payments. - Maintain and reduce overdue payments by collaborating with the finance team. - Confirm product schedules, shipments, and material delivery for service sales orders with parts. - Backlog management of assigned orders, ensuring proper phasing of delivery/invoicing dates and accurate revenue forecasting. - Share lessons learned, report deviations, and provide good practices to the team. - Support project management teams with administration assistance on related project orders and turnkey projects. - Communicate directly with customers regarding project updates, scheduling, and close-out documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Intermediate or advanced English language proficiency. - At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager. - Knowledge of MS Project and SAP ERP systems. - PMP or CAPM certification is desirable. Your Background: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. - Languages: Intermediate or Advanced English. - Expertise (Years): 1 year as Project Manager. - Knowledge of MS Project. - PMP or CAPM Certification (desirable). - Knowledge of SAP ERP.
