This position is responsible forcontacting candidates (leads) and helping them find their new jobat BairesDev. Advocates work with thousands of candidates, so theyare well aware of the pains of a job search/change experience, andplay a pivotal role in engaging with top talent. The TalentOutreach Analyst delivers an amazing candidate experience and setscandidates up for success on the platform so that they can find ajob they love. What You Will Do: 1. Contact candidates and helpthem sign up for a job at BairesDev. 2. Craft and send recruitmentmessages with the goal of a high response rate. 3. Buildrelationships with candidates on professional networks, via email,phone, and video conference. 4. Understand candidates' needs andnext steps in their careers to suggest the best options atBairesDev. 5. Actively collaborate with different managers to alignpriorities. Here’s what we are looking for: 1. 3+ years ofexperience in Talent Recruitment. 2. Experience with online andphone sales techniques. 3. Experience in IT Industry head-hunting.4. Advanced English level.
