As an **Accounting Support,** you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. - Provide efficient and accurate support to the accounting team on tasks related to invoicing and reconciliations. - Maintain up-to-date and accurate billing information within the Transportation Management System (TMS). - Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper invoice issuance and follow-up. - Contribute to meeting accounting deadlines and support internal or external audits when necessary. **Minimum requirements**: - Education: High school diploma is required; a College education related to Finance or Accounting is a plus. - Experience: With at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or finance roles - Language: Good English skills B2 or C1 **Perks**: - **Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shift. **Following the US Calendar.**: - **Contract**: Permanent contract - **Location**: On-site Medellín, Wework Santafe (Wednesday from home after trial period - **Salary**: 3.500.000 Cop **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Language**: - english (required)
