Job Responsibilities: Properly drive company vehicles to ensure complete and timely deliveries in compliance with current regulations. Conduct urban routes in Cali and the surrounding Valle and Cauca region. Load and unload cylinders and goods such as equipment, welding boxes, machines, dewars, etc. Make deliveries primarily to industrial and medical clients (hospitals, clinics, and home patients). Verify safety conditions for delivering equipment/cylinders to patients. Provide training to patients during initial equipment Homecare deliveries. Complete daily checklists on the mobile application and report fatigue and sleep issues. Submit expense reports according to company policy to ensure timely and proper reimbursement. Comply with all BSP (Basic Safety Processes) procedures, report unsafe conditions, and follow processes that ensure operational safety. Complete assigned virtual training each month to perform job functions adequately. Requirements: No high school diploma required. Valid C2 license in RUNT with no fines or sanctions (mandatory requirement). Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver for vehicles up to 32 tons – Turbo trucks – Simple trucks, with extensive experience in industrial safety and road safety. Hazardous materials course and defensive driving training (desirable). Availability to work rotating shifts (weekly rotation) from Monday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. / Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. / Tuesday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. No shifts on Sundays and holidays, but availability may be required if necessary. Benefits: Indefinite contract directly with the company. Monthly salary above 2,000 + transportation allowance + additional benefits.
