As we reinvent our employee benefits products and accelerate in the employee benefits and engagement market as now a listed group, the marketing team will play a vital role in accompanying business strategy and the growth ambition, relying on strategic initiatives to impact, grow and inspire our people and teams. - Your next challenge_ What you will do: Data Engineering: - Ingest data into the company data platform - Design Data Model (star schema, data vault) and tables (SCD pattern) to ensure data accuracy and relevance and to feed Power BI dashboard, IT systems, etc - Build optimized and cost-efficient data ingestion workflows on a hybrid infrastructure (on premise / cloud) mixing several technologies: Rest API, SQL & NoSQL databases, batch and fileswith different latencies (from batch to Realtime) - Qualify the code (PR review) & guarantee quality of development - Participate in local, regional and global projects - Guide and lead Data Engineers in Data Spoke - Support in the review and use of global assessments and support in their improvement Data Platform: - ensure that the rules of use of the platform are respected - Enhance data quality following Data Governance principles - Ensure compliance with data protection law Project Management: - Understand and interpret business objectives, adeptly converting them into technical workflows that align with our strategic goals. - Write technical specifications - Ensure the progress of development and delivery dates are respected - Follow technical workload of all Spoke Data Engineer - Collaborate with Data Spoke Project Manager to understand business request and define planning - Agile squad features tracking and coordination meeting and stand-up Manage Spoke Data Engineer Team - 4 Spoke Data engineers (internal + consultants) from Chile, Peru and Mexico - Ensure that best practices are followed, and usage of generic assets is understood by all data engineers - Collect Spoke data feedback processes and collaborate with Data Spoke Manager to ensure the evolution of Spoke Data Engineer. - Maintain a close relationship and alignment with the Data Hub Team, especially the Hub Lead Data Engineer and Hub Data Engineers. You’re a match - What we're looking for: - Computer Science and/or any other engineering Degree. - At least 4 years building and managing ETL and ELT processes. - Advanced knowledge of data lake and data warehouse for analytical and operational purposes. - Advanced knowledge of data engineering tools and process (Azure platform) - Strong SQL skills: querying, procedures and basic administration tasks - Strong knowledge of Python (Scala is a plus). - Cloud computing: storage, serverless, API(Azure is a plus) - Previous experience distributing computation with Spark (Databricks or Spark) - Devops principles with CI/CD (Azure Devops) and infrastructure as code. - Knowledge in AI Engineering - Fluency in English is required. - Agile Project Management (organized on Azure Boards) - Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engine
