**Responsibilities**: - Defining, documents and carrying out projects or sub-projects alone or with a small team, actively participating in all phases. - Identifying, assesses and handles risks to the success of the project. - Agreeing project approach with our partners, and preparing realistic project and quality plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracking activities against the project timeline, handling stakeholder involvement as appropriate. - Monitoring costs, timescales and resources used, and taking action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. - Ensuring that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are recorded. **Qualifications and Experience**: - +7 years active experience as Project Manager in structured and multidisciplinary teams - Strong Scrum Mater skills - Good understanding of commercials (contracts, statements of work etc.) - Very good knowledge of project management methods, processes and standards - High understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle - Experience and high skills in Agile or SAFE Methodologies - Excellent client facing skills, very good written and spoken English communication skills. B2- C1 levels (90%), according to the CEFR standard reference - Strong communication and people skills, ability to keep an open mind, to be encouraging and empower others! - Proactive problem solving mentality, facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution! - Motivated and trustworthy, has initiative, understands responsibility and budgets, phenomenal teammate - MS Project experience We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
