We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in the sewing or textile industry. What You’ll Do: Handle customer inquiries, orders, and product questions professionally and efficiently Actively build relationships with potential clients and drive new sales opportunities Provide product recommendations and technical support related to sewing or textile products Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Represent our brand with passion and deep product knowledge 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management Previous experience in sewing, textile, garment manufacturing, or the industrial sewing industry Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!) Comfortable working remotely and independently Proactive, customer-focused, and goal-driven personality
