The Brand Strategy team guides the company's point of view in Colombia on TikTok for marketers. The team is focused on delivering engaging narratives that inform and inspire clients, agencies and the industry with the opportunity TikTok brings to media agencies and brands direct. Some examples of work from this team include platform and vertical narratives, inspiration decks around key moments on TikTok, strategic best practices and thought leadership. Ultimately our work will help generate demand for TikTok and drive consideration for our products and solutions. We are also responsible for proactively developing business on TikTok from an agreed list of clients, leveraging our relationships with senior agency heads of strategy and planning. We work closely with the product team, agency sales, client teams and Creative Lab. You will also lead a team of high level professionals from Brand Strategy. - Lead the Brand Strategy team, working with all the main industry. - Focus on revenue and strategies to generate impact and incremental revenue. - Lead the large vertical events and seasonality events (i.E Black Friday) - Partner with sales to develop brand and media proposals for clients and partners, including developing media plans and creative campaigns - Develop industry narratives to articulate TikTok's value proposition to advertisers - Lead strategic planning initiatives including deck writing, budget and channel allocation and audience development - Organize and conduct sales training, presentations & workshops to uplift sales competencies - Glean insights from data, and use that data to make client recommendations and inform future proposals - Prepare reports used by sales teams for forecasting, analysis, and budgeting - Participate in client communication and provide product recommendations with the sales team - Work with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing projects. - Understand client’s blockers and work on a plan to unblock opportunities to onboard new and potential client **Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree - 7+ years of relevant experience in digital media and marketing at an agency, publisher or technology platform - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of media syndicated research, media billing and ad servers - Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in Colombia. - Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking - Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments - Knowledge of digital third-party, measurement, content and media verification partners - Excellent proficiency in English TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
