About The Role We are currently seeking a talented individual with sales experience to join us as an Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for booking appointments for our Sales Representatives. It's important to note that there is no cold calling involved, as all leads have inquired via our marketing efforts. However, don't underestimate the challenge of booking appointments; you must still possess the ability to qualify customers and effectively communicate the value of our services. Both inbound and outbound calls will be part of your responsibilities, and each call is an opportunity to make a sale by securing an appointment. As an experienced salesperson, you likely understand the nuances involved in this process. In terms of compensation, this position offers an hourly rate along with incentives. Your earning potential increases based on your performance, as you will be rewarded for every appointment you book, regardless of whether the prospect ultimately enrolls or not. Desired Skills and Experience Strong fluency in spoken and written English. Flexible schedule within the hours of Monday to Sunday, from 9 am to 9 pm EST. Strong work ethic, consistently demonstrating a serious approach to job performance and outperforming colleagues. Ability to quickly establish rapport with strangers and make them feel comfortable, even in tense situations. Positive attitude, with a natural inclination to have a positive impact on those around you in the workplace. Understanding of people and the human mind, particularly how and why people make decisions. Each phone call will present both challenges and rewards as you uncover the needs of prospective customers. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related is a plus 1-3 years - 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. Manager experience is a plus. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a passion for helping others. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related is a plus - Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. - Proven time management abilities, with the capability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach. - Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
