Here, you’ll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions. **Key Responsibilities**: **PMO Management** - Responsible for the Project Management Office (PMO) of IT LATAM. Oversees the progress of the portfolios and identifies deliverables behind schedule. Works in close collaboration with the Business LATAM PMO to ensure IT is in sync with business directives - Collaborates with the IT LATAM leadership team to support the evaluation, prioritization and management of the Project Portfolio. Partners with the IT LATAM team to understand incoming project demand, analyze resource allocation and capacity within multiple portfolios. - Facilitates effective strategic planning and 'think tank' sessions with IT team, business leaders, and key stakeholders with a focus on improving the portfolio offering by maximizing value generation and return-on-investment. - Manages the integration of projects within the portfolio and across different portfolios into the regional project plan. Identifies and manages collision points, risks and dependencies across and within the portfolios. Collaborates with partners to realize synergies within projects and across multiple portfolios. Understands and navigates diverse projects across IT LATAM. Works in close collaboration with the IT LATAM Solutions Architect. - Analyzes and communicates overall portfolio performance to IT LATAM leadership and other stakeholders whenever necessary. Gathers and analyzes metrics to evaluate project development and delivery. - Maintains an awareness of issues, developments and best practices within the Office of IT area. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. Works with staff to optimize processes to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of PMO process. **Financial Management** - Leadership and Support of IT LATAM budget/forecast/actual plans controls and tracking management - Supports the IT LATAM Strategic Plan and Project Portfolio financials - Serves as an aggregation point to manage Finance and Resources - Develop various financial reports at team and program/project level - Work closely with controllers/other finance teams in processing various vendor invoices - Analyze expenses to understand variances, trends against the budget, and review variances with leadership - Responsible for analysis of costs and metrics that provide managerial insight into the strategy of the organization - Works with legal, sourcing and executives to deliver consulting contracts with strategic vendors across the region **Resource Management** - Support in managing resource onboarding/termination activities supporting the delivery team **Knowledge and Skills**: - B.S. or MS degree in any area - 5-10+ years of experience in PMO leadership roles - Strong Finance acumen - Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus. - Deep and broad knowledge of multiple technologies with extensive knowledge of the capabilities and constraints - Strong negotiation/facilitation skills - Experience as negotiator with vendors for relevant products and services - Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization - both written and oral communication - Able to work on a team, in person, and in a collaborative virtual setting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated, self-directed, adaptable - Strong organizational skills, experience leading large development teams and strategic initiatives - Experience partnering with Finance and Controlling areas **Technical Skills Requirements**: - Strong MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel skills - Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and MS Teams.
