Develop and execute the purchasingstrategy aligned with business objectives. 2. Manage the completeprocurement cycle: supplier search, quotations, evaluations,negotiation and closing of contracts. 3. Collaborate with differentdepartments to manage strategic suppliers, negotiate contracts andensure agile and cost-effective supply. 4. Evaluate and maintainstrategic relationships with key suppliers. 5. Identifyopportunities for savings and continuous improvement in purchasingprocesses. 6. Oversee compliance with internal purchasing policiesand ensure procurement traceability. 7. Analyze purchasing data andgenerate reports for strategic decision making. 8. Ensurecompliance with legal regulations and compliance policies insupplier relations. 9. Formulate, maintain and implement strategiesfor industry analysis and supplier resource analysis, gainingcompetitive advantage in procurement and ensuring high qualitydelivery. Requirements: 1. University degree in Administration,Engineering, Business or related career. 2. 5+ years of experiencein similar roles, ideally in technology companies or startups. 3.Knowledge of technology services contracts (licensing, outsourcing,etc.). 4. Advanced level in written and oral English (indispensablefor the position). 5. Advanced level of excel and office package.6. Ability to negotiate with all types of suppliers. 7.
