We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. What do we value? We are seeking a Senior Technical consultant that has extensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. Key Responsibilities: · Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development · Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings · Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team · Fulfill Project´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers · Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices · Ensure Project Lead receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication · Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of Customer needs and requirements · Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed · Lead, educate, mentor and develop the Thirdera resources who are assigned to his/her projects. · Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently · Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project · Partnership with HR to deliver technical interviews and support the recruitment process Necessary skills and experience required: · Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, and · proven experience in technical consulting roles · Proven experience working on the ServiceNow platform · ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) · ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) · Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM · Advanced English · Knowledge of ITIL; Foundation-level preferred · Post-graduate in Software related topics is desired Why Cognizant? • A career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide. • Ongoing support and funding with training and development plans. • Opportunity to work for leading global companies . • Our work environment is diverse , collaborative and inclusive.
