We are currently seeking a phone agent who can assist us in answering phones and handling online marketing leads that come in. This is a remote position, where you would be living and working outside the United States from your own home. We offer training and professional development for all our job duties. Hours: 6:00am to 2:30pm PST or 10:00am - 630pm ET Days: Monday - Friday _USA_ times. **WHAT YOU’LL DO**: As a phone agent, the following will be your duties: - Answer incoming phone calls from new and current clients - Follow communication “scripts” when handling the different topics - Help our sales agents by being the main contact of the clients who were involved in the accidents, so the sales agent can focus on speaking to law firms only - Assign new cases to sales agents - Screening and quality assurance measure on certain transactions to ensure no maximize outcome. - Help draft contracts - Perform other duties as necessary **WHAT YOU’LL NEED**: - Speaks English Fluently and clearly - Have a quiet place at home to work in - Ability to pay very close attention to detail - Must have a bank account as payments are paid through bank wires a big plus. - A smart phone **YOU ARE ** - A passionate, high-energy problem solver who remains cool under pressure and has the ability to quickly shift gears at a moment's notice. - Process driven.
