Job Title: Android Developer We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our Mobile Development team at Applaudo Studios. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Build Android applications from scratch following best practices and standards. Define API requirements, consume RESTful web services, and process results. Create prototypes to demonstrate emerging Android technologies. Participate in agile development processes to meet project requirements. Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to solve problems. Adhere to UI/UX guidelines provided by Google and the design team. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. 5+ years of experience in native Android app development. Strong experience with Android Jetpack Compose. Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design, Kotlin/Java, and Android platform. Knowledge of Android architectures, trends, and emerging technologies. Experience with Git or similar version control systems. Flexibility with scheduling, including shift rotation and on-call availability. Understanding of client/server architecture and web services (SOAP/REST/GraphQL). Experience with Clean Architecture and MVVM. Good understanding of XML and JSON.
