Audience Insights Manager Role Objective The objectives of the Insight Executive will focus on supporting the continued delivery of key insights to the business and to our clients. This involves contributing to projects that inform the Advanced TV organisational strategy and delivering solutions that enable advertisers to effectively deliver their addressable TV advertising campaigns. The role requires flexibility, creative thinking, and strong communication skills, along with data literacy and a motivation to learn. The Audience Insights Manager will work on cross-functional projects related to insight generation, campaign measurement & effectiveness solutions, and initiatives supporting Advanced TV audience strategies, providing clients with cutting-edge targeting capabilities in addressable TV. Key Responsibilities Insight Generation Collaborate with teams such as the Advanced TV Solutions Manager and Client Services to provide insights that shape campaign strategy and implementation, focusing on effectiveness, audience planning, and measurement. Manage designated projects and workstreams supporting these areas. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper setup of campaign effectiveness solutions aligned with client objectives and audience planning. Support post-campaign reporting and data analysis. Utilize mscreen to measure campaign effectiveness and incremental reach. Analyze industry data sources like Ampere and Statista to uncover insights on addressable TV advertising. Promote best practices for data, measurement, and planning tools within the team. Support campaign measurement and effectiveness solutions across all clients and agencies. Activate measurement studies (e.g., Brand Lift Studies) and work with Insight partners and the Marketing Science team to manage these solutions. Projects and Processes Support the Advanced TV Solutions Manager team on pre- and post-campaign measurement and insights. Lead delivery of client reports related to campaign reach and frequency. Manage and update the measurement study results database, producing insights on campaign performance and strategy. Collaborate on go-to-market projects, such as launching new measurement solutions or insight reports. Document, communicate, and implement new processes across teams. About You Strong data skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly. Experience in data analytics or business analysis roles. Knowledge of data visualization methodologies and technologies. Natural data literacy and proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus. Attention to detail and strong communication and presentation skills. Quick learner, curious, and motivated to learn on the job. Desirable but not essential: understanding of video advertising metrics and a genuine interest in media, target audiences, consumer behavior, and data. #J-18808-Ljbffr
