Job Description The role involves providing services that exceed customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include: Improving service quality through effective communication, guidance, feedback, and coaching. Managing daily operations to meet quality standards and customer expectations. Exemplifying excellent customer service and fostering a positive guest relations environment. Empowering team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Serving as a role model in guest service, setting high standards for service quality. Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly. Engaging with guests informally during meals or upon departure to gather feedback on food, beverage, and service quality. Implementing corrective actions for continuous service improvement. Focusing on guest satisfaction in departmental meetings for ongoing enhancement. Overseeing service delivery across outlets, ensuring a seamless experience from greeting to payment and invitation to return. Qualifications Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field. At least 8 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 years in a similar position within the hotel industry, preferably in a full-service, high-volume upscale dining environment.
