Position Overview This position will be a key member of the Analytics strategy team, transforming data analysis into actionable insights that support business growth and product strategies. Responsibilities Deliver actionable insights related to the digital environment. Create recurrent executive reports on performance and customer metrics (Life Cycle, Channels analysis, Customer Engagement, Conversion funnel, Organic vs. Paid Analysis). Review quality and make recommendations for measurement and data collection. Develop analyses to identify behavioral gaps and opportunities for business development. Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor customer behavior. Conduct workshops for Analytics adoption and operations. Build ad hoc dashboards for e-commerce and digital areas. Review and enhance event and data collection in solutions. Requirements Expertise in Data Visualization, solutions, and statistical concepts. Experience in building performance reports for business leaders. Deep knowledge of Web Analytics Tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe, Firebase, CRMs, and CDPs). Understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs and Metrics Reports (SEO Metrics, Growth Marketing Operations, Product metrics, User behavior). Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure effective tracking solutions. Proficiency in English for communication. Developing training materials and conducting classes for Analytics adoption. Nice to Have Experience with Amplitude Analytics. Experience in developing guides and governance documents.
