As the Senior Operations Manager, you will provide inspired leadership by overseeing the day-to-day and strategic operations of multiple accounts. This includes managing teams of contact center agents, team leaders, and operations managers. You will contribute to the growth of UnifyCX by partnering with various departments and client success managers to drive overall performance and results.
