Job Brief System Engineer, radio frequency Job Description We're searching for talented individuals who provide intelligence, engineering, and mission management expertise for the Government. Responsibilities: - Analyze user requirements and high-level system architectures to develop detailed system specifications. - Lead design and development activities, provide technical leadership, and guide requirements formulation and exploration of alternative approaches. - Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and design documentation. - Communicate with stakeholders to ensure technical integrity of work performed. Qualifications: - Minimum 14 years' experience as a System Engineer in similar scope, type, and complexity programs. - Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 19 years of experience if degree is absent or irrelevant. - Skills include RF systems understanding, hardware procurement, system design, network diagrams, and experience with Confluence/Jira. Certifications: - IAT Level 2 for CWIP compliance. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $145,000 - $214,000.
