Business Transformation Specialist Job Description: - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business environment and leverage data analysis to drive informed decision-making. - Engage with key stakeholders to identify pain points related to their business models and operational processes, facilitating collaboration and problem-solving efforts. - Drive the Quality and Revenue assurance program to establish control mechanisms that prevent revenue risks and compliance gaps, ensuring seamless business operations. - Establish process expertise in the centralized team to implement quality checks across the business operations lifecycle (order to cash), driving process improvements and efficiency. - Develop critical documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and user journey maps to support business operations and strategy development. - Collaborate with workstream leads to ensure successful implementation through disciplined program management and change management efforts. - Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements through system enhancements, tactical automation, or process changes. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in driving sales operations, business operations, or revenue assurance, preferably in B2B services organizations. - Expertise in business consulting or handling unstructured situations with first principles thinking for problem-solving. - 3-5 years of experience in finance or a management degree, with prior experience in internal controls/internal audit being preferable but not mandatory. - Strong exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
