Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise: - Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems. - Knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). - Experience with IT service management tools like Jira. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service. - Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team. - English: B2+ level or higher.
