We are rapidly growing and are looking for a proactive,outspoken Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic partnerfor our clients, helping them achieve their business goals. -Provide tailored solutions to optimize the customers experience andensure they are maximizing the value of our products. - Lead clientonboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales toimplementation by providing clear guidance, resources, and tailoredsolutions. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients inthe behavioral health space after the sale, managing day-to-dayinteractions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout thecustomer lifecycle. - Partner closely with product fulfillmentteams such as SEO and PPC to stay informed about project progress,campaign statuses, and any updates that impact customers. -Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingwithin existing customer accounts, driving additional revenue byoffering relevant solutions that meet customer needs. - Act as thevoice of the customer within the company, providing feedback andinsights to the product, product fulfillment, and leadership teams.- Monitor and report on customer health scores, churn risk, andoverall customer success metrics. - Work closely with the projectmanagement team to align efforts and ensure a consistent,high-quality customer experience. Qualifications: - Provenexperience in sales, customer success, and B2B client-facing roles.- Understanding of digital marketing best practices, particularlySEO and PPC. Previous experience in an agency setting is preferred.- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp,Trello, or Asana. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable ofworking independently.
