About the Company Our client is a high-performance venture studio built by a team of B2B SaaS experts who’ve launched and scaled multiple startups. They help early-stage founders stress-test and validate new SaaS ideas before they even write a line of code — and they move fast. You’ll be joining a specialized research and insight team built to de-risk the earliest stage of product development — a mix of GTM, discovery, and startup advisory work. Job Description You’ll generate the opportunity and lead the first discovery call. You’ll be the first point of contact and the voice shaping how founders experience our client’s value from Day One. You’ll use automation tools to reach hundreds of founders and executives every week via LinkedIn, book discovery calls, and represent our client in those early interactions. You’ll give actionable feedback to startup CEOs, product leaders, and early founding teams — helping them think through their SaaS ideas and GTM strategies. YOUR WORK WILL DIRECTLY IMPACT WHICH PRODUCTS GET BUILT, AND HOW. What You’ll Do 🔹 Outbound Prospecting - Use automation tools to launch LinkedIn outreach campaigns - Build and manage lead lists focused on B2B SaaS founders and executives - Track engagement and continually refine messaging to boost meetings booked 🔹 Discovery & Feedback - Host, lead, and perform initial discovery calls with founders and startup leaders - Provide strategic feedback on their ideas (you’ll be trained on this) - Represent the studio in early conversations and help qualify leads 🔹 Strategy & Alignment - Share market insights and feedback with the internal research team - Help shape early-stage startup strategies based on your front-line conversations - Collaborate with studio leaders to iterate on outreach, talk tracks, and positioning Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in a startup sales or customer-facing role (SDR/BDR) - Experience in the B2B SaaS startup ecosystem - Strong written and spoken English — professional, persuasive, and crystal clear - Comfortable using LinkedIn automation tools or CRM platforms to drive outreach - Experience creating messaging from scratch - Proven ability to work independently, self-manage, and deliver results - Startup mindset — proactive, fast-moving, creative, and hungry to grow - Passion for SaaS, entrepreneurship, and helping founders succeed Why You’ll Love This Job - Career Acceleration – You'll grow fast, learn directly from startup leaders, and gain experience that sets you apart. - Real Impact – You’re not just selling — you’re helping shape new companies before they launch. - Engage with Visionaries – Talk to CEOs, product leaders, and technical founders on a daily basis. - Performance-Based Bonuses – Your hustle will be rewarded.
