Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist Job Description As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding the Food and Beverage department on our approach to learning, quality, and development. Your expertise will ensure that training resources meet our brand standards and that content is developed and managed effectively. - Provide guidance on our learning approach and culture, including approved methods, processes, and suppliers. - Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to develop comprehensive training strategies for the F&B; department, including content, schedules, metrics, follow-ups, meetings, policies, and collaborations. - Create ongoing product training programs, prioritizing new beverage, dish, menu, or product launches. - Develop continuous training programs on service standards, focusing on updates and new standards. - Establish and manage agreements with suppliers for regular product and service training sessions. Key Requirements: - Technologist or professional in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel industry in leadership roles or quality assurance. - At least 2 years of experience leading and developing staff training plans in hospitality (hotels or restaurants). - Advanced English proficiency. - Knowledge of high-quality standards in Food & Beverage.
