As a **Customer Support Representative**, you’ll be the friendly and informed voice behind every interaction, helping sponsors and beneficiaries stay connected and supported. Key Responsibilities: - Answer questions about the sponsorship program, donation process, and general inquiries. - Provide timely and thoughtful support that reflects the dignity of every person. - Collaborate with other teams (local and international) to ensure accurate follow-up and resolution of cases. - Manage and update information across digital platforms and databases.
