Control environment and document safekeeping: - Provide support to the front office and sales team to process trade capture, reconciliation and lifecycle management in an organized and diligent manner. - Contribute analysis of new product or system implementations. - Partner with offshore teams to process offshore trade management and life-cycling. - Help to develop SOP's and SharePoint sites to consolidate operational models in an organized environment. - Help the S&TS; team to align business requirements with technology to enhance current operational models to comply with FO business priorities. Qualifications / Experience Required - Strong track record in finance with knowledge of Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange products. Derivative's know-how is mandatory. - Understanding of derivative transactions and trade events like recouponings and unwinds is a plus. - Thorough knowledge of region, products, market/industry and client base is a plus. - Fluent in English - Advanced Excel skills preferred.
