Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Analyst team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Data Analyst will be part of our team supporting strategic decision-making through data collection, analysis, and presentation. You will work on building dynamic reports, automating data workflows, and managing databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders. We will count on you to: Collect, analyze, and present data to support strategic decision-making for the company and external clients. Develop and maintain complex reports, managing relational and non-relational data with a focus on performance optimization and scalability. Design and automate data update processes using Python. Manage databases, automate workflows, govern data, and perform data cleaning from sources like Excel, TXT, and CSV. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in data analysis and report creation within corporate environments. Proficiency in advanced Excel (VBA), Python, Access, SQL, and Power BI. Knowledge of data governance, data cleaning, and database construction. What makes you stand out: Experience with Qlik Sense is desirable. Knowledge of insurance products, especially Life and Property & Casualty, is a plus.
