**Location** - Bogotá, Colombia**Contract details** - For provision of services/contractor - 12-months- **Purpose of the consultancy**: Provide the design, implementation and administration service of the occupational health and safety management system under the Unique Regulatory Decree 1072 of 2018, Resolution 0312 of 2019 and other existing and future laws, standards, decrees and regulations, for the centre. **Requirements**: You are a professional in health and safety at work or professional in any area related to specialization in health and safety at work, who has a current SG-SST license and a fifty-hour course (or updated to a twenty-hour course) and with experience of at least 5 years in the design, implementation and administration of the SG-SST. **Scope**: - Act as the person responsible for SG-SST before the organization and the corresponding government institutions and under the supervision of the person designated by SEI for the SG-SST. - Conduct the initial evaluation of the SG-SST whenever appropriate - Review and update of documents relating to the SG-SST including policies, procedures, formats and all applicable documents according to the standard and creation of documents that are pending preparation. - Creation of the annual work plan - Creation of the annual training plan - Creation of the hygiene and safety and health at work regulations - Carrying out the training programmed in the annual training plan - Manage the relationship with the ARL (Occupational Risk Insurance Company) and seek maximum performance from the relationship between the ARL and the centre. - Lead the visits of the ARL and manage the requirements requested by the ARL and government entities - Upload the information required by the Risk Fund through the Ministry Labor platform each year at the specified times. - Comply with current legal requirements and those that the government determines from now on regarding the occupational health and safety management system. - Review and update the centre’s risk matrix - Review and update the legal matrix of the centre - Be responsible for the documentary management of the occupational health and safety management system through the mechanisms and tools determined by SEI. - Review, update and/or prepare the institute’s emergency plan - Coordinate evacuation drill activities when appropriate - Carry out the necessary inspections within compliance with the SG-SST - Provide support in the processes of forming the Joint Committee on Safety and Health at Work (COPASST) and the Coexistence Committee, as well as support in meetings when required. - Make reports of work accidents to the ARL. - Coordinate the complementary activities necessary for the execution of the annual work plan such as environmental measurements, ergonomic studies, epidemiological surveillance program, psychosocial risk battery and others that are necessary and that are developed by third parties. - Review, update and create the necessary management indicators that allow measuring the management of the SG-SST - Provide support in the SG-SST audit processes - Be part of the SG-SST investigation committee for incidents and accidents at work.
