**Note**: Please send us an ENGLISH copy of your resume. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Lead Outreach for Renewals**: - Contact existing clients whose health insurance policies are nearing expiration. - Explain policy details, answer questions, and assist clients in renewing or updating their plans. - **Sales Generation**: - Engage potential leads via calls to inform them about health insurance products. - Analyze client needs to offer tailored policy options that meet their health and budgetary needs. - **Follow-Up and Lead Management**: - Conduct follow-up calls with leads who have shown interest but not yet completed the renewal or purchase. - Track and manage all communications and updates in CRM systems. - **Record-Keeping and Reporting**: - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, renewals, and sales in CRM. - Prepare regular reports on renewal rates, lead conversion, and overall sales performance. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. - Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using digital communication tools. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently and stay organized. - Bilingual (English and Spanish) **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Application Question(s): - Do you have professional Customer Service experience?
