We are looking for a KAM Trade Marketing to support the execution of trade strategies in the pharmaceutical channel, with a focus on brand visibility, product rotation, and in-store excellence in pharmacies and distributors. Qualifications
Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Trade Marketing
Previous commercial experience in consumer goods or the pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of trade marketing strategies, tools, and execution. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data sources like Nielsen or IQVIA. High level of English proficiency (written and spoken). Willingness and availability to travel as needed Develop and implement 360° trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and product sell-out. Design tailored promotional plans by sub-channel (chains, independents, distributors). Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and execution excellence. Activate shopper campaigns at point of sale in coordination with Sales and external agencies. Analyze market and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities. Briefs POS-agencies. Gains new consumers / shoppers for AbbVie brands via campaigns. Coordinate the production and distribution of POP materials. Oversee the execution of promotional activities, activations, POP materials, and visual merchandising at the point of sale. Coordinate with internal departments to drive strategies that support brand growth.
